Returns & Refund Policy
Information about returning products purchased from Filters1.eu, refund timeframes, and conditions for custom-made items.
You may return or exchange a purchased product within 14 days from the date of delivery.
The refund will be issued to the bank account specified by the buyer within 14 days after the return is approved.

Important return conditions
- Products that are custom-made or manufactured according to the customer's individual requirements are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition, including intact labels and protective packaging (this does not apply to defective products).
- The product must be returned in the same set / configuration as it was received by the buyer.
- The buyer is responsible for safe and proper packaging of the returned goods. Items that are incomplete or improperly packaged will not be accepted.
Returns of recuperator and HRV filters
Filters1.eu applies the same return policy to standard recuperator filters and HRV replacement filters. Custom-manufactured filters are excluded from returns due to individual production specifications.
