A purchase agreement is considered concluded when the Buyer places an order after adding items to the cart, entering delivery details, selecting a payment method, and confirming acceptance of these Rules by clicking “Order”. The agreement remains valid until all obligations are fulfilled. If the Buyer does not agree with these Rules, the order must not be placed.

4. Buyer’s Rights

  1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods in accordance with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
  2. The Buyer may withdraw from the purchase agreement within 7 working days from delivery, provided that the goods are unused, undamaged, and have not lost their commercial appearance.

5. Buyer’s Obligations

  1. The Buyer must pay for the goods and delivery (if applicable) and accept the ordered items. Payment may be made via online banking, cash on delivery (if available), or bank transfer to the Seller’s account.
  2. The Buyer must promptly update personal information if it changes.
  3. The Buyer undertakes to comply with these Rules and the laws of the Republic of Lithuania when using the online store.
  4. If the Buyer refuses delivery without valid reason, delivery costs must be covered by the Buyer.

6. Seller’s Rights

  1. The Seller may temporarily or permanently suspend the online store due to significant circumstances without prior notice.

7. Seller’s Obligations

  1. The Seller shall make reasonable efforts to ensure uninterrupted operation of the online store but does not guarantee error-free service or uninterrupted availability.
  2. The Seller undertakes to deliver goods according to these Rules.
  3. If the ordered product cannot be supplied, the Seller shall offer an equivalent product or refund the Buyer within 14 working days.
  4. The Seller shall comply with all obligations set forth in these Rules.

8. Delivery of Goods

  1. Goods are delivered at the Buyer’s expense unless stated otherwise.
  2. Delivery delays may occur due to force majeure circumstances.
  3. In-stock goods are usually delivered within 1–2 business days after payment.
  4. Out-of-stock goods are delivered within 3–15 business days.
  5. The Buyer must regularly check the provided email address for delivery notifications.
  6. The Buyer must inspect the package upon delivery together with the courier.
  7. Any visible packaging damage must be recorded upon delivery.
  8. If quantity or quality discrepancies are found, the shipment must not be accepted and a report must be completed.
  9. Acceptance without remarks confirms proper delivery.
  10. Failure to report non-delivery by the next business day voids the right to submit delivery-related claims.

Delivery summary: in-stock items typically 1–2 business days; out-of-stock 3–15 business days. Always inspect parcels on delivery and record visible damage immediately.

9. Returns

  1. Returned goods are shipped at the Buyer’s expense. Refunds are issued within 14 days after receipt of returned goods.
  2. Goods must be returned in original packaging.
  3. Improperly packaged or incomplete returns will not be accepted.
  4. Used or damaged goods, or goods that have lost commercial appearance, are not eligible for return.
  5. Complaints should be submitted to info@filters1.eu. Responses are provided within 14 calendar days (extendable by 7 days if required).
  6. Products marked as SPEC (special order) are non-returnable.
Important: Items marked SPEC are special orders and cannot be returned.

10. Liability

  1. The Buyer is responsible for providing accurate registration data.
  2. The Buyer is responsible for all actions performed using their account.
  3. The Seller is not liable for misuse of login credentials.
  4. The Seller is not responsible for losses caused by failure to read these Rules.
  5. The Seller is not responsible for external websites linked from the store.
  6. The responsible party compensates for direct damages.

11. Communication

  1. Notifications are sent to the Buyer’s registered email address.
  2. Buyer inquiries should be sent via the contact details provided on the website.

12. Discounts

  1. Discount codes are non-refundable and cannot be combined.

13. Final Provisions

  1. All information provided on the website is deemed to be provided in written form.
  2. Disputes shall be resolved through negotiations. If no agreement is reached, disputes are settled under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.
